A consummate professional, Don always has the customer in mind.
To him everyone is a customer including his clients and peers. He is articulate,
polished and capable handling a wide variety of business situations ranging from
complex sales and negotiation to simple customer calls and hand-holding. A
winning attitude is Don's specialty, along with an eye for the bottom-line,
management of key assets, attention to detail and full understanding of P&L
importance without loosing sight of an opportunity.

Education
Don received his BA in Journalism and his MA in English from
Pittsburg State University. He also has a degree in Business Administration from
Langston University, Tulsa Center. Don was recently accepted into both the
University of Kansas' communications doctoral program, as well as, the
University of Oklahoma's communication program.
In addition, Don has received various management training courses including
Managing Tasks Through People, Understanding Personalities, The Art of
Negotiation and Creating the Win-Win Scenario.
